We walk your team and whoever supports the space through starting a meeting, sharing content, adjusting audio and what to do when a guest brings an unfamiliar laptop. We also leave documentation for your IT team and stay reachable afterwards.

On a multi-room rollout we standardize the layout and control interface across rooms so staff can walk into any of them and start a meeting the same way, then phase installation floor by floor to keep the space usable.
